Ashish Kumar, DO

Dr. Ashish Kumar, DO, is a board-certified physician in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. His clinical expertise spans the evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques, functional restoration, and integrative therapies.

Dr. Kumar received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at North Shore Long Island Jewish Plainview Hospital, followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine at New York University Medical Center. He further specialized with a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Minnesota, through an ACGME-accredited program.

With a strong foundation in both traditional and complementary techniques, Dr. Kumar approaches patient care with a well-rounded, evidence-based perspective. His training and ongoing commitment to continuing education ensure he remains current with advancements in interventional and rehabilitative medicine.
