Biography
Dr. Daniel Robert Howard is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with advanced fellowship training in sports medicine. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on joint preservation, athletic injuries, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Dr. Howard completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s–Roosevelt Hospital, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic. This specialized training has equipped him with deep expertise in both operative and non-operative approaches to orthopaedic care.
He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and has conducted research involving elite athletes from major sports organizations, including the NFL, MLB, MLS, and NWSL. His academic contributions reflect a commitment to advancing the science of orthopaedic care.
