Dr. Jeffrey Perry, DO, is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with more than three decades of clinical experience. Based in Deer Park, Long Island, he leads Perry Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, where he provides comprehensive, non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Perry earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.
