Biography
Dr. John S. Georgy is a board-certified specialist in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, with focused expertise in interventional procedures and musculoskeletal ultrasound. His clinical practice centers on the precise evaluation and management of a wide range of pain-related conditions, with a strong emphasis on diagnostic accuracy and procedural skill.
He completed his internship in general surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, where he gained advanced training in minimally invasive techniques and ultrasound-guided interventions.
In addition to his medical education, Dr. Georgy holds an MBA with a concentration in healthcare leadership, bringing a systems-based approach to care delivery and clinical decision-making.
