Biography
Dr. Matthew H. Kalter is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with additional certification in Pain Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Pain Management at the Center for Pain Medicine & Rehabilitation, where he gained focused experience in interventional spine and musculoskeletal care.
As Medical Director of Kalter Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, P.C., Dr. Kalter leads a multidisciplinary team with a clinical emphasis on functional restoration and diagnostic precision. His procedural experience includes a wide array of image-guided spine and joint interventions, along with electrodiagnostic evaluations.
Dr. Kalter remains committed to professional development through continued medical education and engagement in his specialty. His background reflects a strong foundation in both academic training and practical application within the fields of rehabilitation and pain management.
