Albert Villafuerte, MD

Dr. Albert Villafuerte, MD, is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with extensive clinical training in musculoskeletal care. He completed his internship at St. Francis Medical Center. He then pursued residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Nassau University Medical Center, where he was appointed Chief Resident.

Throughout his training and clinical practice, Dr. Villafuerte has developed a comprehensive and multifaceted approach to diagnosing and managing physical impairments, with a focus on improving mobility, strength, and daily function. His clinical background includes experience in electrodiagnostic testing, therapeutic exercise planning, and the non-operative management of spine and joint disorders.
