Craig L. Shalmi, MD

Dr. Craig L. Shalmi is a board-certified pain management specialist with expertise in advanced interventional procedures, critical care, and evidence-based therapies for musculoskeletal and injury-related conditions. He earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completed his residency in Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Harvard University’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and continued with fellowship training in Pain Management at the same institution.

His background enables him to treat patients injured from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other trauma, as well as those managing long-term complications. Dr. Shalmi takes a patient-focused approach, developing individualized strategies that address pain, support function, and promote overall well-being. He is recognized for combining rigorous medical training with a thoughtful, compassionate manner in caring for individuals with complex injury-related conditions.
