Biography
Dr. David Mandil is a fellowship-trained physician specializing in Primary Care Sports Medicine with extensive training in Emergency Medicine. He evaluates and manages musculoskeletal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and other traumatic events using individualized, non-surgical treatment approaches.
Dr. Mandil completed his Emergency Medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, with additional trauma rotations at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. He then completed an ACGME-accredited Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at SUNY Upstate University Hospital. During his fellowship, he provided medical coverage for Division I student-athletes at Colgate University and Le Moyne College and gained experience evaluating acute orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr. Mandil emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, evidence-based care, and clear communication with patients. Fluent in multiple languages, he helps patients better understand their injuries and available care options.
