Seth Schran, MD

Dr. Seth Schran, MD, is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with advanced expertise in spine care, musculoskeletal disorders, and sports-related conditions. As the founder and medical director of Synergy Spinecare & Rehabilitation Medicine, P.C., Dr. Schran provides evidence-based, individualized care with a strong foundation in physical medicine principles.

He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to complete his residency training at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His clinical background includes specialized training in diagnostic and interventional techniques for spine and neuromuscular conditions.

Dr. Schran is board-certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and he maintains additional certification in pain medicine. He is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Spine Intervention Society, where he stays engaged with current developments in the field.
