Biography
Dr. Thomas E. Y. Pobre is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with over 20 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. He completed his residency in PM&R at Nassau County Medical Center, where he served as both Chief Resident and Director of Outpatient Services. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Pobre’s clinical focus includes the use of electrodiagnostic techniques such as nerve conduction studies and electromyography to support accurate assessment and management of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions. His approach emphasizes restoring function through structured, patient-specific rehabilitation strategies.
